Twitter and BERG team up to bring us #FLOCK

Twitter UK has teamed up with the London design studio BERG (the people behind the Little Printer) and now sell a clock. Flock is a cuckoo clock that connects to BERG Cloud and is able to notify you about new mentions, direct messages, follows, and, of course, the time.

They’ve also made a nice little video about the limited edition clock that shows the design process behind it.

Looks pretty nice and nifty. Wouldn’t mind having that on my bookshelf. But then again, I don’t use Twitter anymore. I just opened the website for the first time in month, and whilst reading through the tweets, I notices some people I really miss on App.net, and some ‘things’ I’m really happy about to have left behind.

I’m now thinking of using Twitter again. I love App.net and the people I follow on there, but, as I said, I really miss some of the guys I’ve met and got to know on Twitter over the years.

Anyway, that’s nothing to do with Flock. Which I can’t find a price for. Or a place to buy, for that matter.
